Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, orthotics and underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

- Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below).
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship your return to our Savannah facility using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Refund Timing:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- All return policies apply
- Customers are responsible for any customs/duties on returned items
