All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item or offer a suitable alternative.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you during checkout.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 15 days of receipt, provided items are:
